1. Purpose
Finance Notebook Publisher is a single-user personal automation utility. It is intended only for use by its owner to publish owner-created financial news summary videos to the owner's YouTube channel. It is not offered as a public SaaS product.
2. YouTube API Services
Finance Notebook Publisher uses YouTube API Services.
3. YouTube Terms
By using Finance Notebook Publisher, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Google Policies
Use of Google services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and other applicable Google policies.
5. User Responsibility
The user must own or have permission to upload all content processed by the application. The user is responsible for each video's content, title, description, thumbnail, and other metadata, and for complying with YouTube policies and applicable law.
6. Visibility
The application processes video visibility only according to the settings selected by the owner. It must not change a video's visibility without authorization from the owner.
7. No Affiliation
Finance Notebook Publisher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or YouTube.
8. Availability
Finance Notebook Publisher is a personal utility and is provided as available. Its continued or permanent availability is not guaranteed.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the application's functionality changes or as applicable Google or YouTube policies change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
